Get a look in to the world of the Japanese flower arranging techniek.
Ikebana is a flower arrangement that originated in Japan. With its aesthetic of subtraction, ikebana uses as few flowers and plants as possible to create a work that makes the most of space. In this workshop, you can experience ikebana with a kenzan. You will learn about the basic use of the kenzan and the rules of ikebana.

Helianthus tuberosus
Ondanks de naam jeruzalemartisjok is er geen verband met Jeruzalem en het is ook geen artisjok, al lijkt de smaak er wat op. De naam is waarschijnlijk een verbastering van het Italiaanse girasole articiocco (artisjokzonnebloem). Van oorsprong groeit de aardpeer in Noord-Amerika.
